Think Design are a highly professional and experienced team who I would recommend with hesitation. They have recently undertaken a full rebranding project for us. They listened to us and gave great advice. We were given several choices which they created from scratch. They worked hard to give us exactly what we wanted and helped guide us the right way. We have now unveiled our new logo, branding, brochures, business cards, electronic and paper letters heads and templates. They designed new promotional banners, signs and even email footers. I went to interview for a Delivery Manager role.Had 3 people interview me, one of which was dressed in sports outfit for the interview - I do not regard this as being professional.Second, the role advertised is not the same with the role itself. In the job description, the responsibilities were all related to Project Management, however when the interview started I was completely blindsided.They asked me to basically do the work of Sales, Product Owner, Design, Architecture and we spoke a little of Delivery as well.Only to be told later that because this is a consultancy, it's expected of you to do everything. The job does NOT pay for X5 roles with those responsibilities, but you are expected to do those tasks regardless.My advice - just write down all of these in the job advert, saves people time to decide whether it is suited for them or not.

When we first met Bake, we were quite wary. We thought that, after all, for 15 years we'd been doing it ourselves and had always found the ideas and skills to communicate with our clients and associates internally.Then, almost against our will, they created a new logo and a coordinated graphic design for all our publications, presentations, images, reels, and anything else we could think of.It took us no more than ten minutes to decide to adopt the new logo, despite our affection for the old one.Furthermore, without ever lecturing us, they began to explain and make us understand the effectiveness of intelligent communication through media and the web and how easy it is to throw money away without achieving results.They expertly follow us on social media and constantly monitor our results. They're always ready to create new graphics or develop new ideas. I must confess that sometimes I'm a little afraid to share even a half-baked idea, because the next day Daniele or Massimiliano send me proposals for how to implement it.To close with a metaphor, I must admit that communicating with Bake Agency's expertise today allows us to effectively reach and communicate with our potential clients, making the most of the available media. By comparison, our previous work was a bit like leaning out the window and shouting into a megaphone.A heartfelt thank you also for your patience in explaining and sometimes re-explaining what we don't understand.
