The team at 522 productions and specifically Cara as she was my point person, were phenomenal in making the steps to filming seamless and given my baby was part of it, that was no easy task. I could not be anymore happier with the results given. The communication from the start sold me with making the process very easy and fast. From seeing the production on the website to getting our production back I am very pleased with the work. Jon, who filmed the event for us was top notch. I coordinated the event from California while the sales reps in the area hosted the event. Jon and I took calls so he could make sure het got everything we needed for this event to be filmed and ensure to ask questions so nothing was missed. The sales reps said Jon made the process very seamless and how he made everyone feel comfortable. From making the process easier being in another state, to making the event successful and capturing all moments, I definitely recommend.

Working with David at DirectLine Media was a pleasure. We had to record 2 people for AI avatars and had specific requirements. Thank you, Episode 11! It’s hard to capture in words what a summer camp experience means to kids. A very “regular" experience like summer camp is even more meaningful for kids with unique medical conditions. Since 2010 Camp LUCK has provided a positive experience that helps everyone reach their potential by building self-esteem, friendships and character in a safe environment. We want our “heart kids” to be “regular kids” for a week and participate in awesome activities that they might not normally be able to. Episode 11 volunteered to capture that experience — and did so — through the words and pictures of some of our campers. The campers’ candid interviews are a powerful reminder of what Camp LUCK means to these kids and their families. And without question, the video documents how much fun they have just being kids.

Studio Rental: We recently rented Impact Media’s studio space for some client interviews. It was a great space! They had it prepped for us on arrival. They have a great conference/green room right next door so the talent could be comfortable while we set up. Even though it was not the largest space it’s organized and efficient set up and we were able to fit a two camera interview against a solid backdrop. Overall the Impact team was hospitable and constantly checked in if we needed anything. We will be renting this space again in the future!
