Our website sees about 17,000 customers a month in a store that sells custom made exhaust components. When our website crashed due to a database issue, neither our on hand developer, nor the host could restore functionality and it was down for 8 days.Soon as we contacted their team, not only did they resolve the issue, they migrated the entire website, database, and upgraded our e-commerce software so we wouldn’t run into this issue again.Finally after 15 years in online business, we’ve found a solution to our problems. 24-7 answers to questions and complete follow through on our concerns and issues.
