I started working with SoftDoes when our product had already grown beyond the point where small fixes were enough. We needed to rethink several parts of the system and make sure the next stage of growth would not create even more technical debt. The team got into the project fast. Within the first few weeks, they helped us identify the main bottlenecks, clean up several fragile integrations, and improve the parts of the platform that were slowing us down the most. One practical result was that a key operation that used to take around 4-5 minutes now takes less than a minute. I also saw a noticeable drop in recurring technical issues after the release. What I liked most was the way they worked with us. Very little ceremony, clear communication, good technical judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.I’d be happy to work with SoftDoes again on another complex software project.

My experience with SoftDoes has been extremely disappointing. Their communication is terrible, the people I dealt with were highly unprofessional, and their pricing is absolutely outrageous compared to the value of the work being delivered. One of my biggest concerns is the company’s lack of transparency. From what I’ve observed, their development work appears to be outsourced to people in Ukraine through another company called Come Back Agency. Even when I searched for SoftDoes online, its website appeared to redirect to Come Back Agency.Take a look at their LinkedIn yourself. They present themselves as a Kansas City-based company, yet I couldn’t find a single employee listed as being based in Kansas City. That raises serious questions about their business structure, where their team actually operates, and who you’re really paying to develop your software. My interactions with the CEO, Orest, were particularly unpleasant. I found him extremely arrogant, dismissive, and condescending. He speaks to customers as though they’re beneath him. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns professionally, his attitude made an already frustrating experience even worse.Their Google reviews also raised serious red flags for me. Several reviewer profiles appeared to have AI-generated profile pictures, and the reviews themselves read as though they were written by ChatGPT rather than genuine customers. Many of these accounts had only ever reviewed SoftDoes. After I confronted them about these concerns, I noticed that some profile pictures had been changed to what appeared to be stock images, and the accounts had gained an additional review of random places. I cannot independently verify who operates these accounts, but the timing and patterns made me seriously question the authenticity of their online reputation.Nothing about my experience with SoftDoes has inspired trust. If you’re looking for custom software development, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Verify who you’re actually doing business with, who will be developing your software, and what you’re paying for.

We had been running a large part of our business through spreadsheets and a mix of different tools for years. We've grown past spreadsheets now. SoftDoes built a custom platform around the way our team actually works. That's probably what we appreciated most about working with them.

Axion Deep Digital built the website for our catering business, and the design was exactly what we were hoping for.It is modern and uncluttered, the menu is easy to navigate, and our food photos finally look as good online as they do in person. It loads quickly and works perfectly on mobile, which matters since most people pull us up on their phones. They also made it simple for us to update things as our menu changes. The site looks professional and gives new customers a great first impression.

Axion Deep Digital has been a great partner for Made4Founders. They understood our goals quickly and brought the right mix of web development, SEO, performance, and technical strategy. What we appreciated most was that they did not just build pages. They thought through how people would find the site, understand the product, and take action. If you need a team that understands small business websites, SaaS, SEO, and AI driven digital marketing, Axion Deep Digital is easy to recommend.

Am very happy with completed project. My website looks professional and is easy to navigate. Communication was first rate and all changes made quickly. Pixelean was endlessly patient with me as I asked for revisions and the migration (something I was anxious about) was seamless. Would highly recommend and will absolutely use them again when I need another website built.

Front page of Google in 2 months. Don’t usually leave reviews but outstanding work from the team. Not the easiest keywords either.
