Bad experience with Welldotcom. At first it was a nice impression, but over time the annoyance about the lack of communication increased. more and more. There was no response or very late response to my calls and emails. I regret it like a hair on my head that I had made a down payment of 800 euros. We had our first conversation on April 2 and in July I indicated that I was completely done with it. I could whistle for my money. According to experts, it did not require much work until then.Quote: "The times you called me were often at a time that was inconvenient for me. Either at noon or around dinner. I understand that that suits you because of the store.I sometimes left the previous emails longer, because I had to report again that I had not succeeded. It's no fun having to disappoint people"The new site was completed within two months with another company, with good and regular consultation.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Stelings, specifically with Mr. Ruben van Stegeren, whom I hired to design a website for my jewelry brand, ATTIKA. Despite signing a contract, providing all required content promptly, and paying a €375 deposit, the project was never completed.Mr. van Stegeren unilaterally ended the collaboration before delivering any usable outcome. What’s worse, there was no offer of a refund—partial or otherwise. Even after multiple attempts to resolve the situation, Stelings refused to engage in any form of mediation or provide a reasonable explanation for their actions.This experience was not only frustrating but also a serious waste of my time, energy, and money. I would strongly caution others against working with this company, as their lack of professionalism and accountability left me with nothing but regret.
