The CEO was a complete jerk about it, and was so concerned about the tone of my email he never even addressed the issue. I'm using GrandRanker, and it's MUCH better. Cheaper, too. Cost was rated because I was on a free trial, but it was canceled due to being completely worthless and a terrible customer service experience.
