She currently serves as Sr. Global Masterbrand Manager at Essity, where she leads global brand strategy and long-term equity building for a major Femcare portfolio valued at over $1.4 billionand ranked No. 4 in the world. Her career spans the toy, aviation, and FMCG sectors.

Marcela holds a double-awarded MBA in Strategic Thinking and Marketing Acumen. Beyond her corporate work, she has co-founded an international NGO and launched a personalized music platform for children, putting her belief in meaningful ideas into practice.
