  • Project Brief: Design a billboard campaign that turns the compact size of Modelito into an interactive outdoor experience, encouraging audiences to engage with the brand through curiosity, observation, and playful participation.

A billboard fights to be seen from a distance. Modelito breaks that rule on purpose, printing the new 210ml bottle at its actual size on a giant blank wall so you almost cannot find it.

The whole execution is a scale joke. A near-empty white billboard carries one small line of type and a bottle printed life-size, which forces the eye to hunt for a product the format usually blows up huge.

GUT Mexico took the medium's basic promise, bigger is easier to see, and inverted it to sell smallness. The emptiness does the talking, so the size of the bottle becomes the entire message rather than a detail on a busy layout.

The street-level extensions close the idea, with mounted telescopes and a prompt to test the phone's zoom to catch the bottle. That turns a passive Paseo de la Reforma billboard into something people work to read, and the effort is the point of a product sold on paying attention to small things.
