  • Project Brief: Create an engaging campaign identity that promotes National Tree Day through vibrant illustrations, approachable print materials, and nature-inspired visual storytelling.

An education print campaign has to teach and invite at the same time, since the poster is often the only briefing a passerby gets. National Tree Day 2026 handles both, pairing plain event copy with illustration warm enough to pull a crowd.

The character work carries the message. Whimsical figures in blue, orange, and purple cradle saplings and leaves, giving an environmental cause a friendly, human face rather than a lecture about stewardship.

Color does the campaign's organizing. Each poster swaps a single bright field, pink, yellow, or blue, so the run reads as one family across a streetscape while every panel still claims its own space.

The layout keeps the practical details clean. Bold sans headlines lock the name, dates, and URL to a consistent corner, and the Tree Canada and BMO logos sit quietly at the base, so the art breathes while the facts stay findable.
