  • Project Brief: Redesign a content-rich SEO agency website so prospects can find services, industries, and client results with ease, while protecting and growing its search performance.

An SEO firm’s own advertising website faces a double test: it needs to read clearly for prospects and rank in the same results it sells. Compete Now rebuilt Fire&Spark’s site around a row of bold result cards in charcoal, sage green, and flame orange.

Fire&Spark is a Boston SEO and AI search agency based on Milk Street. Its old site felt cluttered, and prospects struggled to find clear details on services and expertise.

The new hero keeps things clean. A black headline sits over a soft gradient, with a faint line chart that climbs from conversion to acquisition to revenue in the background.

Three result cards follow right below. Each one leads with a giant number, such as a 30x jump in organic conversions, and links straight to the full case study.

Custom graphics carry the strategy story. One illustration shows AI, intent, content, and authority as linked chip-style blocks beside a rising bar chart.

Next, a testimonial from Hinge Health’s growth marketing manager adds a client voice. A logo grid with brands like Allara, Citizen, and Lovepop sits just below.

Behind each logo, a scalable case study template lays out the client’s challenge, strategy, and results in the same order. That consistency makes it easy to compare wins across industries.

The resources hub pulls articles, guides, videos, and event listings into one place. A long-form SEO strategy page uses custom visuals to explain the agency’s approach in depth.

Search health got just as much care as the visuals. Compete Now moved 70+ FAQs into a searchable system and handled speed fixes, redirects, and canonical cleanup, with ActiveCampaign wired in for lead capture and nurturing.

Results & Impact

Fire&Spark now has a clearer site that shows its impact and makes its results-driven approach easy to grasp. The streamlined structure suits an agency competing in a crowded market.

  • Results up front: Three color-coded cards put headline client wins on the first screen
  • Repeatable case studies: A shared template presents every client’s challenge, strategy, and outcome
  • Searchable knowledge base: 70+ FAQs now live in a searchable system built for SEO
  • Built-in lead nurturing: ActiveCampaign captures and follows up with new prospects
