Laurie Raphaël, a restaurant serving specialties of the Quebec region, is a unique creation of Agence Minimal. A distinct combination of copper letterings against a dark grey background is as remarkable as the site’s sticky, vertical menu navigation on the right side of the browser window.
Large-font messaging and looping videos greet the visitor before they embark on a user journey towards the large-scale reservation CTA down at the footer. In this journey, they encounter a healthy mix of textual and visual content displayed in an unorthodox manner.
The links in the main menu open with a smooth animation which makes it feel as if they’re actually opening them on the same page.
