Team Behind the Design
Website Design Analysis
In reviewing websites for live event and production brands, I often focus on how momentum is conveyed on screen.
Oh! Productions’ website captures that feeling by translating scale, movement, and confidence into a digital format.
- Hero Composition: The hero section opens with full-width event video, placing live production front and center. I like how the moving footage sets energy immediately, while the orange organic shapes sit on top as framing devices that guide the eye toward the headline.
- Typography: Bold, condensed, all-caps headlines lead the layout, supported by lighter sans-serif body text. I’m drawn to how this mirrors event signage and broadcast lower thirds, which reinforces the brand’s roots in live environments rather than feeling like a typical agency site.
- Color System: Burnt orange drives the visual identity, paired with deep teal backgrounds and charcoal neutrals. What stands out to me is how orange is reserved for moments of emphasis, keeping the site energetic while darker tones ground the photography and video.
- Interactivity & Lead Flow: Interactive pieces like the Event Readiness Quiz are embedded directly into the page flow. I like how this feels like an invitation to participate, not a push to convert, especially since the quiz sits alongside real event footage and outcomes.
- Service Structure: Services are presented in modular cards that sit within the expressive layout. This structure helps me understand offerings quickly, even as large imagery and motion carry most of the emotional weight.
What Brands & Agencies Can Learn from Oh! Productions

1. Translate the Experience, Not Just the Offer
Websites for experiential brands should reflect how the work feels, not just what the company does. Visual motion and energy can communicate capability faster than copy alone.
2. Control Energy With Structure
Even highly expressive designs benefit from clear modular systems. Strong grids and service cards help users navigate complexity without diluting creative impact.
3. Make Engagement Feel Collaborative
Interactive tools positioned as value-driven resources can lower resistance and build trust. When users feel guided rather than sold to, they’re more likely to take the next step.
