- Project Brief: Redesign and rebuild the corporate website for a voice and conversational AI company to sharpen the brand, improve navigation and conversion paths, and create a scalable, accessible, search-ready component system.
Enterprise buyers on an AI website want proof that a voice agent can handle a noisy drive-thru, a busy hotel desk, or a car on the freeway. Baunfire rebuilt SoundHound AI’s site around a field of glowing violet hexagons and real customer numbers from those exact settings.
SoundHound AI builds voice and conversational AI for brands in automotive, restaurants, healthcare, finance, and more. Its OASYS platform runs AI agents across voice and messaging channels, working alongside human staff.
A deep indigo-to-violet gradient fills the hero. The headline “Conversational AI agents that work in the real world” splits into white and lavender lines, while hexagons pulse around a glowing OASYS mark below.
Right after, a wall of light gray logo tiles lists brands like HSBC, Burberry, Verizon, and Hyundai. A Book a demo button stays pinned in the top-right corner of the header.
Five short pillar cards then explain how the platform works. Each one sits under its own custom hexagon icon in pink, blue, orange, red, or teal.
Use cases come next in a tabbed carousel for Service, Experience, Operations, Commerce, and On-the-Go. Photo cards layer chat bubbles over real scenes, such as a customer asking whether a return went through.
A dark OASYS section brings the hexagons back at full scale. Large stats follow for 10 billion conversations a year, 20+ years building AI, and 750+ patents.
Customer stories carry hard numbers too. Resorts World Las Vegas, for example, automates 59% of guest volume with SoundHound’s digital concierge.
Analyst recognition and a security section close the page. Cards for layered guardrails, a dedicated PII model, and audit-ready logs answer the compliance questions enterprise buyers bring.
Behind the screens, Baunfire ran discovery workshops, a technical and SEO/AIO audit, and brand and content strategy before design began. The team built the site on Webflow with 10 page layouts, 32 reusable components, about 171 pages, custom icons and motion, and a 2.5-second load target.
