Net2Source is an amazing company that helped me find my dream career. Initially, I was skeptical, as I had never heard of the company. However, after they set up an interview with the hiring manager the very next day after speaking with them, I decided to give them a chance.Net2Source connected me with an ideal job opportunity that matched my skills and experience. During my 18-month contract, the team was attentive and supportive. While I did not require much, they promptly resolved any concerns I had. I never had issues with pay, timekeeping or anything that most people worry about. Used them for years , horrible cust support. When I finnaly got rid of them at the end of 2024, i also had workers comp. They never stopped charging my co. for workers comp. I called again and found out they lied and have no record of that request. but the Payroll side was canceled. How is that even possible. called again. finally they stopped deducting for workers comp. I demanded a refund , they said ok. So what they did was do an audit for 2023, and 2034 for no reason. instead of just refunding me for 5 months of charges. They billed me for audits .2023 charges for an unnecessary audit where 1181.37 , for 2024 charges were 1670.20. are you kidding me. this has to be illegal. what in the heck is going on. 28581.57 for unnecessary audits. stay very far away form this Company !!!! This is why people hate insurance company's. Such underhanded practices. My Lord...

The customer service from this company is absolutely horrible and frustrating. Every time I request information, I receive inconsistent answers, and they often seem to misunderstand my inquiries. It takes countless emails just to get my point across. BTO- CPA (Boma Osime) does an amazing Job with Tax filing and it has been an absolute pleaseure working with her over the years. NOW CFO did a great job helping my aunt's nail salon business clean up their books. Their old accountant wasn't using GAAP financials. NOW CFO made our numbers GAAP quickly and gave timely, clean, helpful financial reporting every month. We tried hiring a fraction CFO to help clean up finances. Tens of thousands of dollars and 10 months later we were in a worse spot than where we began.We had two separate companies review the work done by Now CFO and both of them said it was the worst set of financials that they’ve ever seen. Despite multiple calls, all the evidence in the world, they were unable to acknowledge they did anything less than perfect work.They are the most expensive, over $200 per hour, for a fractional CFO. Unfortunately it was a complete waste of money and disappointing that we received no help and had to redo almost everything that they did.
