Working with Insperity has been very frustrating for me as others have said. As a service provider, I am bothered by the lack of communication, the very slow responses, only communicating over email. No one is available by phone. They have deducted money from my income, without warning or due process, for benefit changes. They have made no attempt to aid me in correcting a mistake on a misleading form and they have sent screen shots of legal documents instead of treating me like a human and simply listening to, and making an attempt to assist their customer.

This company is definitely not an Equal Opportunity Employer!If I was able to rate this company Zero Stars I definitely would.To start off, they had me interview for a remote position based in customer service without even having a proper start date. When ever I inquired about the start date, they would never give me a clear answer.After interviewing with them and being told verbally that they wanted to proceed with me, they never extended an official job offer with terms and conditions of the position I would be working. They wanted me to undergo there background screening process before accepting an actual offer.When I decided to proceed, my background check was put on hold because they didn’t have an official start date. Why interview applicants if you don’t have a start date?!It has been several days of me waiting for a response regarding my background and they just now emailed me a load of nonsense.I understand that there are discrepancies on my background because of bad decisions I made in the past when I was 18 years old but that does not mean that I can’t have the opportunity to make a living.I honestly feel that they should give me the opportunity to provide a personal statement and not just automatically disqualify me without giving me a proper chance.Insperity, you just lost a great future employee because of your disgusting hiring standards!

I had a really good experience with pulse staffing. I worked with Helen and she found me a contract position very quickly that fit exactly what I was looking for. She really helped me through the whole process and always checked up on me. The position ended up hiring me full time and it’s a really good job. I was asked for my date of birth and last 4 of my SSN in order to have my resume sent to a company. After that, the recruiter ghosted me, while prior to me giving her this information she would reach out constantly, even through text messages. Top notch communication until she got what she needed. I wish I could file a complaint against these companies.

Terrible payroll company purely based on the fact that they do 401k contributions MANUALLY in 2024 still! WowExpect contributions to be 3 to 4 PAYCHECKS behind. If you are lucky, they will ONLY be behind by 2.Ridiculous and unacceptable but it also constitutes a breach of fiduciary and makes the company liable to penalties and more according to the IRS and department of labor.On top of that, their healthcare pricing and offerings are ridiculous. Many opt for private insurance over them. Avoid like the plague

These W-2 statements can be sent in either paper or digital form, and must be received by employees no later than January 31 of the following year. Employers must also file a copy of employee W-2s with the IRS.”

Used them for years , horrible cust support. When I finnaly got rid of them at the end of 2024, i also had workers comp. They never stopped charging my co. for workers comp. I called again and found out they lied and have no record of that request. but the Payroll side was canceled. How is that even possible. called again. finally they stopped deducting for workers comp. I demanded a refund , they said ok. So what they did was do an audit for 2023, and 2034 for no reason. instead of just refunding me for 5 months of charges. They billed me for audits .2023 charges for an unnecessary audit where 1181.37 , for 2024 charges were 1670.20. are you kidding me. this has to be illegal. what in the heck is going on. 28581.57 for unnecessary audits. stay very far away form this Company !!!! This is why people hate insurance company's. Such underhanded practices. My Lord...

The customer service from this company is absolutely horrible and frustrating. Every time I request information, I receive inconsistent answers, and they often seem to misunderstand my inquiries. Unprofessional and Outdated Hiring PracticesI had a frustrating experience with this company during the interview process. Despite claiming to be reputable, their communication felt aggressive and unprofessional.I was asked to submit my resume in Word format, which was a first for me. I asked for clarity and they became very defensive, insisted it was a standard request, and then instantly rejected me. This was alarming coming from an HR Manger.Overall, it left a bad impression. I believe companies should be open to being asked questions, especially when it comes to something as straightforward as resume formatting. There are plenty of other organizations that approach things in a more professional and respectful way.I wouldn't recommend applying here.Update to response:No, my review accurately reflects my experience with your company.
