We were introduced to KDG back in October 2024. They were recommended by a sister company of ours. Our goal was to transition from multiple programs to one program to help streamline and automate as many processes as possible. In order to accomplish this, we needed a company like KDG to help with the customization of the program to accommodate the different needs of the different roles within our organization. They've spent so much time with us, starting with each employee to understand what they need - They've truly been a partner. NOW CFO did a great job helping my aunt's nail salon business clean up their books. Their old accountant wasn't using GAAP financials. We tried hiring a fraction CFO to help clean up finances. Tens of thousands of dollars and 10 months later we were in a worse spot than where we began. We had two separate companies review the work done by Now CFO and both of them said it was the worst set of financials that they’ve ever seen. Despite multiple calls, all the evidence in the world, they were unable to acknowledge they did anything less than perfect work. They are the most expensive, over $200 per hour, for a fractional CFO. Unfortunately it was a complete waste of money and disappointing that we received no help and had to redo almost everything that they did.

I had someone from this company messaged me about what seemed to be an interesting job posting at first glance. I tried to ask them a question about the job posting. They tried to dodge the question more than once, refusing to answer me. Also, according to their recruiter, they got my resume, which is clearly outdated, from some scammy website. Claimed to have called my number but clearly isn’t the case. They act very aggressive too. If they do contact you, run.
