My experience working for Helpware was deeply disappointing and, at times, extremely frustrating.While the company markets itself as people-focused and supportive, the reality felt very different. Communication was inconsistent, expectations were often unclear or constantly changing, and there was little meaningful support for frontline employees. Workloads were heavy, metrics were rigid, and performance pressure was constant, yet guidance, training, and leadership support were lacking.Management frequently felt disconnected from day-to-day realities, and concerns raised by employees were rarely addressed in a meaningful way. This created a stressful environment that prioritized numbers over people, contributing to burnout and low morale.There are some good people working here, and I appreciated my coworkers, but overall the culture felt transactional rather than supportive.
