if there is "No star" option, I would give this sneaky , unprofessional ,unclear company this rate..Ppl are not professional at all, aren't straight forward, charging you excessive fees if you decide to withdraw , they are not familiar with updates laws.Very poor communications with most of staff.It is really very bad ,and poor experience to deal with this business.

S&P did an excellent job handling my complicated 2019 international tax situation (worked 1/3 of the time in Asia, 1/3 of the time in the US, 1/3 of the time in Mexico).
