      We have been very impressed with Westpark Communications from day one. Our previous answering service closed its doors with no notice and we found ourselves looking to get operations back up and running smoothly. Several calls to companies found us waiting for a return call, except for Westpark Communications! They called us back within a few hours and had a plan in play by day two and by day 5 we were up and running smoothly with no issues. We are very happy with their response to any questions that arise, any updates we need, and the staff is awesome. They are always sending email or phone calls to make sure we are satisfied and that they are meeting our needs. The voice messages are promptly delivered to our mail box for us to review at any time of the day. Love this option because it is like talking directly to the customer. The emergency calls are immediately dispatched to the technician on call. If the technician does not respond after two attempts, it immediately goes to Climate-Tech’s management for direct action so customers are not held up. When we have changes to the on-call schedule, I just make a phone call or send an email and their response is immediate. We even get a confirmation that it was completed. Complete confidence that our requests are being met. Price wise they are very reasonable and they were willing to work within our price range. Westpark Communications has so much more to offer and as our company grows we know that they will meet our needs. Thank you, Westpark Communications, we consider you part of our family!

The employees are professional and courteous, and any changes we need to make (such as to accommodate holidays, short days, etc.) are easy to communicate and have been handled. Our calls are fielded with the necessary details and dispatched promptly, and it allows us to better respond and address our customers’ needs in after-hours situations.       NEXA recently changed their platform blocking clients from entering specific times outside of a set schedule. Clients must submit an email of changes, wait for a response, send a reminder email and then find out at 3am that changes were not made correctly. I have now been awake since 3 am (unable to go back to sleep and no opportunity to nap during the day) because NEXA ceased client control of our own schedules and someone failed to do their job properly.when I requested a variation from their blocked times. Prior to this platform change, I would have recommended NEXA. Now, I recommend looking elsewhere.

      I contracted EBQ for BDR augmentation services for a period of three months, and the results were extremely disappointing. Despite their promises, they failed to schedule even one initial meeting with potential clients. It was clear from the start that they didn’t fully understand my organization, our business needs, or how to properly present us to potential leads.Instead of delivering on their commitment, they merely provided a list of cold calls that didn’t meet our business requirements at all. The leads were irrelevant, poorly targeted, and demonstrated a lack of research or effort. Despite their failure to achieve any tangible results, they had the audacity to demand thousands of dollars in funding for what was essentially a useless service.Overall, I found their approach disorganized and out of touch with our goals, making this engagement a waste of time and money. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for real results.

      Scammers! The person calling posed as Customer Service representative for my ISP. I had recently placed an order with my ISP and the caller knew about it. The person demanded that I pay the entire amount now otherwise the order wouldn't process. I argued saying that the rep yesterday said I don't have to pay until the service gets started. To which he replied that that's not how it works and I have to pay now otherwise they will sue me. I said call me back in half an hour and I will have my payment information ready. I didn't answer when I got the call back.

      If only Zero or half stars was an option. First BC is NOT an insurance company, they’re the “manager or as they call themselves advocates” for in my case Aetna. BC claims to be patient advocates yet it appears that they don’t know the meaning of the word. They do not understand the plan(s), much less have they read the agreement with my employer and their customer service is substandard! They fumble around giving false, misleading or just wrong information, example advocate Missy or Misty. Sadly I’ve had to deal with BC as they manage my health care plan Aetna for over 27yrs. It appears their primary goal is to avoid and deny claims! To have a claim “reviewed” it takes an act of congress and a lot of phone calls. I was promised a head supervisors phone call within 72hrs thats well over 300 hrs ago, thankfully I didn’t hold my breath!! Sadly, I’m stuck with this three ring circus and clown show. Boon Chapman should be ashamed..

The one I experienced the most Harassment and highschool mentality was from Team Leader Nick Julio Flores the last few months after they gave me a inflexible schedule, RIGHT after they terminated my friend without showing evidence or the recording of the call. They denied my friend unemployment benefits and everything else because of the terminating him without evidence. No, you cannot silence me, or undo the damage that happened, and I know you favored certain toxic employees that abused their power because of favoritism.
