Working with Insperity has been very frustrating for me as others have said. As a service provider, I am bothered by the lack of communication, the very slow responses, only communicating over email. No one is available by phone. They have deducted money from my income, without warning or due process, for benefit changes. They have made no attempt to aid me in correcting a mistake on a misleading form and they have sent screen shots of legal documents instead of treating me like a human and simply listening to, and making an attempt to assist their customer.

When ever I inquired about the start date, they would never give me a clear answer.After interviewing with them and being told verbally that they wanted to proceed with me, they never extended an official job offer with terms and conditions of the position I would be working. They wanted me to undergo there background screening process before accepting an actual offer.When I decided to proceed, my background check was put on hold because they didn’t have an official start date. Why interview applicants if you don’t have a start date?!It has been several days of me waiting for a response regarding my background and they just now emailed me a load of nonsense.I understand that there are discrepancies on my background because of bad decisions I made in the past when I was 18 years old but that does not mean that I can’t have the opportunity to make a living.I honestly feel that they should give me the opportunity to provide a personal statement and not just automatically disqualify me without giving me a proper chance.Insperity, you just lost a great future employee because of your disgusting hiring standards!

This organization is a scam!! Every single email they send is unsolicited, has a position that does not match my skills or history and when I call the hiring company about the position denies (a) having the position at all, (b) having any position similar open for hire, (c) having any working relationship with AVA Consulting. Many of the "openings" are with companies based in a location I moved away from over 10 years ago. While the "openings" are always listing a city near my current location the client company usually states they don't have any offices in my state (or region). The "agents" of AVA always immediately hang up when I try to conference call with the client. The excuse for all of the inconsistencies in the postings, etc is that "these are general openings" and "the hiring coordinators [at the client companies] typically do not know about the specifics of the positions"These are data mining scams. Whether there is any legitimate work being done at AVA is unknown. But there is plenty of data mining scamming that is originating from them.

If I can put 0 stars I would. Got a call for a job I applied for, but the man sounded so unprofessional. Claims his name is Andrew Helmer. The questions he asked sounded like he wanted to collect my personal information like my birthday etc. Never have I ever have a company do that. Only when you’re getting hired and doing the onboarding then you will need to share your birthday to the company. I’m glad I read the reviews on here, Glassdoor and Indeed to see others facing the same issues. Please be careful! Such a sad world where we have to make sure weren’t not getting scammed to get a freaking job!!

My experience with Online Rewards has been deeply disappointing.I attempted to redeem a voucher and spent over 45 minutes trying to navigate a broken and confusing redemption process. Even after disabling Apple’s Private Relay, the system repeatedly failed. The process is neither user-friendly nor reliable.To make things worse, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I received a generic, useless reply—and shockingly, the support ticket was simply closed without any resolution. I had to reopen it myself.This is not just frustrating: it’s unacceptable.Online Rewards operates on behalf of Nielsen, and this experience reflects very poorly on both companies. Attention employers, apartment managers, etc.: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.After saving up points for almost two years on my apartment's rewards program, shortly before I moved I cashed them in towards a $50 gift card. I made sure to redeem them before I left the property, as I knew it would be difficult, if not impossible, to collect afterwards. Ha! If only I knew the horrors that awaited me.Well, I waited and waited. After two weeks ( It's supposed to be only a 24-48 hour wait to receive your claim code), I called Online Rewards/Be Rewarded and was told that because I had moved I was not eligible to get my card, even though they sent me their form email notifying me my reward was forthcoming two days before I relocated.This fact made no difference to OR--They refused to take ownership of the situation and just blamed my former property for the whole fiasco. After several more weeks of increasingly frustrating phone calls to the leasing office and OR, I was finally given temporary access to my old account to resubmit my points, followed by the same old announcement that the reward was on its way.ANOTHER week goes by, and guess what--Nothing! Called Online Rewards YET AGAIN and had to resubmit my points a THIRD time. This time, success--I FINALLY got my redemption points after only SIX weeks of aggravation--for something I deserved and was rightfully owed.Do you want to put your clients, employees, or residents through this same ordeal? Peak Performers promotes itself as an agency that prioritizes placing people with disabilities into state jobs. That mission is exactly why I took the call when one of their recruiters reached out to me. I’m a social worker with years of frontline case management experience, and the role they contacted me about aligned well with my background.The hiring process that followed was deeply disappointing.After applying and preparing for the interview, I discovered that Peak Performers had also recruited another candidate from my own office — a brand-new caseworker who knew I was applying for the same job. This is someone I had been helping train: reviewing their case notes, showing them how to approach the work, and often correcting mistakes in their documentation. While knowing we were competing for the same position, they asked me how I would approach the job, what resources I would use, and how I would handle the role. In hindsight, it created an incredibly uncomfortable and inappropriate dynamic that never should have existed in the first place.For an agency that claims to focus on placing people with disabilities, sending a non-disabled candidate from the same workplace to compete for the same role raises serious questions about how committed they actually are to that mission.The preparation for the interview was also inconsistent. I received extensive prep material with potential questions, while the other candidate reportedly received little more than a note to “arrive 15 minutes early.” Meanwhile, I had to leave a client meeting at the shelter where I work and rush across town to make the interview. Anyone balancing PTSD and ADHD knows how much extra mental bandwidth that kind of day requires.Ironically, the interview itself went well. It ran long, the panel kept asking questions, and the conversation felt thoughtful and engaged.What happened afterward was even more troubling.Once I learned that the other candidate had been hired, I contacted Peak Performers to raise concerns about the situation — specifically about recruiting two people from the same office while one had access to the other’s preparation and strategy. Their response was an email saying the situation was “under investigation,” followed by a statement that they were reviewing my eligibility for future placements — as if raising legitimate concerns somehow made me the problem.That response said everything.For an organization that publicly positions itself as an advocate for workers with disabilities, the handling of this situation felt dismissive and backwards. Instead of addressing the structural problem they created, the tone of the response suggested the issue was the person who spoke up.In the end, the experience felt careless, poorly managed, and completely disconnected from the mission they claim to represent. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Peak Performers to anyone expecting professionalism or genuine advocacy for people with disabilities.

I feel so blessed to have encountered peak performers several years ago! I have only 100% positive interactions. If you aren’t sure you should work with them let this be your sign too. Not only has peak performers provided me the best work opportunities, they have continued to re engage me for new positions when one ends. Sadly some recruiters at different staffing agencies might ghost you if you fail to secure a position you interviewed for, but not peak performers! They really are rooting for you and afford you multiple chances for different roles as they come along. Jeyli was responsible for securing my new role and she was so pleasant and supportive! I'm doubling down on review to say that PeakPerformers does not care about helping individuals with disabilities find potential jobs. In my 2 months of being registered in their systems, I have been ghosted by one recruiter and only been reached out to when I left my first negative review, to tell me I should stop trying to apply to the jobs on their site because I don't have qualifications for them, and that they have no jobs, because I don't qualify for them because of lack of degree and experience.They are grifters who use the disabled community to make themselves sound better, they do not care about reaching out about potential jobs or even updating their job databases. You will often see the same jobs posted for weeks at a time, and only about 8 jobs at a time. Non of which most people with disabilities are going to qualify for. The jobs they have on their site are intermediate to high experience state level jobs like engineer, senior project developer, net developers etc.I would only suggest working with PeakPerformers if you have high state level experience, otherwise if you are disabled and just need something to help you get ahead, they will be of no use to you, and do nothing but tell you they can't help you. Even if you qualify for the jobs they keep posted, I wouldn't suggest using them, because they don't provide any sort of accommodations to disabled people or priority. You can do better finding those types of jobs on your own, without the unreliable middleman that is PeakPerformers.These people are grifters, who use disabled people to help themselves look better. They should be ashamed of themselves, I know they aren't, but they definitely should be. They've literally been no help to me. If you are a disabled individual who is seeking a place in this hard and grueling job market, you deserve better than PeakPerformers, I would suggest TWC.Edit: I don't know how they do it, but they are actively hiding my negative review to protect their grift.

I was contacted by one of Hire Better's recruiters for a position and after speaking with him, was asked to complete a personality profile and a writing sample so that I could be presented to his client. I never heard from him again and was contacted via email by an unknown person to send in a signed agreement. Again, crickets. Even though I may not have been a fit for the position, I think a simple follow-up email would have been appropriate. I sent personal information and communicated with the recruiter with the utmost of professionalism and respect. Trusting a stranger in the recruiting process is challenging enough without the additional sting of unreciprocated professionalism and respect.

I was amazed at this location. I loved the experience of going to one of my training sessions at this location. Used them for years , horrible cust support. When I finnaly got rid of them at the end of 2024, i also had workers comp. They never stopped charging my co. for workers comp. I called again and found out they lied and have no record of that request. but the Payroll side was canceled. How is that even possible. called again. finally they stopped deducting for workers comp. I demanded a refund , they said ok. So what they did was do an audit for 2023, and 2034 for no reason. instead of just refunding me for 5 months of charges. They billed me for audits .2023 charges for an unnecessary audit where 1181.37 , for 2024 charges were 1670.20. are you kidding me. this has to be illegal. what in the heck is going on. 28581.57 for unnecessary audits. stay very far away form this Company !!!! This is why people hate insurance company's. Such underhanded practices. My Lord...

It takes countless emails just to get my point across. So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

Unprofessional and Outdated Hiring PracticesI had a frustrating experience with this company during the interview process. Despite claiming to be reputable, their communication felt aggressive and unprofessional.I was asked to submit my resume in Word format, which was a first for me. I asked for clarity and they became very defensive, insisted it was a standard request, and then instantly rejected me. This was alarming coming from an HR Manger.Overall, it left a bad impression. I believe companies should be open to being asked questions, especially when it comes to something as straightforward as resume formatting. There are plenty of other organizations that approach things in a more professional and respectful way.I wouldn't recommend applying here.Update to response:No, my review accurately reflects my experience with your company.
