Absolute garbage. Promised refunds at ANY time before development phase. This was one of joey's blatant lies. Unfortunately financial and business circumstances i was unable to proceed with my website development. They have since been avoiding contact, making it impossible to correspond, and refuse to refund me a PARTIAL amount of my deposit. I agreed to pay them for work that was completed (a logo). I will be taking action against them. Also the 5 star reviews are fake. Jay martin works for australian web designers dont trust his review.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY to this Australian Web Designers!! They will not provide you any help and service if something goes wrong with your website. Multiple times my website is not live and I can’t access my business emails. My website are not fix for more than 6 months and they avoid my messages and calls. So many excuses from them and they just don’t want to take responsibility for their own mistakes. None of their Invoices have ABN and when I demand their ABN they make another excuse. They will keep taking your money and scamming you. I am now taking a legal action against them to VCAT.

They have multiple offices and addresses posted online. One time I drove to Sherwood Park, and it was not the right place. Then I had to email to confirm which address they were at. They did my taxes during tax season, and it was fine. But I asked to set an appointment to discuss my RDSP. The receptionist told me on two separate occasions that they'd get ahold of me after tax season. I still have yet to hear from them. When I'd go into the office it seemed disorganized, I can understand Tax Season is very busy and a lot of paperwork but keep in mind this is confidential information, and paperwork should be left all over the place where everyone can see.

Steve chased me to move my books over from my previous accountant, then delivered the opposite of what he promised. He told me he'd lodge my BAS as nil and fix it later, then deliberately didn't lodge it until I asked him about it and it was too late and I got fined — in his own words, "If I lodge a nil you'll lag around like you have been… Now you'll actually get me your info." When I asked why, he flipped out and got hostile, and made it my fault for even asking. He also let my 2024–2025 tax return sit until it was nearly a year overdue, then two weeks before the deadline fobbed me off to H&R Block — after being the one who talked me into switching to him in the first place. Unprofessional and takes it out on you the moment you question him. Avoid.
