A person named Mikayel, number 250, orders from doordasd from 2 different points and the order takes 40 minutes. And he neither gives a tip nor thanks the person who brings it. On top of that, he asks for the order to be brought to the second floor. We and people like us do this job by taking tips to make money. If you don't give tips, we can't make money. Because we don't have a fixed salary. Doordash and similar applications work on tips. You need to show some respect and support to the employees.

Disappointing and Unprofessional ExperienceI was contacted by multiple recruiters from ACL Digital for job opportunities that initially sounded promising and aligned well with my background. After some discussion, I was asked to provide sensitive personal information, including my date of birth and the last four digits of my Social Security number, as well as to sign documents so they could submit my application to their clients.Unfortunately, after submitting everything, I never heard back from them, despite multiple follow-up attempts through different channels. The lack of communication and follow-through was both unprofessional and frustrating, especially after sharing personal information in good faith.I would caution others to be careful when dealing with this company. Transparency, accountability, and basic communication were all severely lacking in my experience.
