They provided a detailed scope of work that was over 100-pages long. We had several exchanges back and forth to tweak requirements for a few weeks. Our respective lawyers also looked over the scope. After the scope was approved, the team got into the project launch and began the design phase. The team started with a low-fidelity design and built swim-lanes. Their references seemed trustworthy, but the 20 month process with them has been abysmal at best.After engaging with Clavax to build a custom greenfield IOS app, we waited over 16 months AFTER our original due date for our "product" to be virtually unusable. Difficult to communicate with, over promise and under deliver on every aspect of project.We have had to spend more money with different companies to repair the broken code that they have put together and it continues to be a thorn in our side.They will bring excuse after excuse for why something does not work, their CEO will blame YOU, THE CLIENT, for the obstacles in project.We have tried to get a refund for breach of contract, inoperable product, corrupt files in repository, late deliveries, however, they refuse to acknowledge any of these issues.

They were easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. They split the charges by stage of development like every professional company should.I needed to make several changes during development and the cost was reasonable. Anthony was awesome and helped me along every step of the way. Apple has more stringent requirements than Google and Appingine was able to get the app published on both stores. Looking forward to more projects with them. Once again, don't pay more for less, go with Appingine!
