My experience with the interview process was mixed.I successfully cleared multiple rounds, including HR, technical/practical assessments, and a final discussion with the HOD. I was also asked to bring all my documents for the final round, which created the expectation that the process was nearing completion.The main concern was the interview planning and communication. Multiple candidates appeared to be scheduled around the same time, which resulted in long waiting periods. After my final discussion, I waited for more than an hour while other interviews were still ongoing. Considering that candidates often take leave from their current jobs and invest their time and travel expenses to attend interviews, better scheduling and communication would have been appreciated.I had taken approximately 1.5 days of leave to participate in the process. Despite completing several rounds, I was informed that the company wanted to further evaluate candidates before making a decision. While I eventually received feedback, it was not shared on the same day as indicated, which made the process feel unnecessarily prolonged.To the company's credit, the final feedback was professional and detailed. However, the overall candidate experience could be improved through better time management, clearer communication, and more structured interview scheduling.My advice to future candidates and potential joiners is to thoroughly research the company, read genuine employee reviews, and speak with current or former employees before making a decision. An interview process is often the first impression of an organization's culture and working style.Sharing my experience to help others set expectations and make an informed decision.

I had a disappointing experience with Veritis Group during the hiring process for a Product Manager role.After several rounds of interviews and alignment on a specific compensation, I was selected. However, the offer letter that followed listed a much lower salary than what was previously agreed and documented. When questioned, I was told the difference would be covered via “bonuses,” but these were never documented.The offer also lacked critical information — including client name, responsibilities, benefits, and work location. Requests for transparency went unanswered, and the offer was eventually withdrawn without explanation.I’ve attached redacted proof showing the original submitted salary vs. the reduced offer to help others evaluate their interactions more carefully.Visa holders and job seekers: please ask the right questions early, request written documentation, and do not submit sensitive documents until you’ve received a formal offer.

I had scheduled an appointment with Arcell Reñosa for a consultation regarding my Google Ads strategy, and I was really looking forward to it. Instead, she asked for my Customer ID and provided instructions on creating a new account or setting up billing, which seemed completely out of context since the main issue is her failure to keep our appointment. It feels like she is only interested in getting information from me without regard for her commitments.If she continues to ignore or dismiss my concerns and does not honor the appointment we initially scheduled, I will not hesitate to write a formal complaint about her unprofessional behavior. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, and I expect some form of accountability. I am seriously considering taking this matter to higher authorities or consumer protection agencies if this issue is not resolved promptly.Arcell Reñosa, I want to make it very clear that you still have a window of 10 minutes to rectify this situation and reach out to me to resolve this matter. This is your final opportunity to contact me directly and address the concerns I have raised regarding your failure to honor our scheduled appointment. Worst experience. I was the Agent who put in 12-13 hour shifts for Apple. These mf's have angry black women gatekeepers breathing down my neck and I'm the guy with the most hours by far. They also have not paid me an entire check w/ OT hours. Their claiming the hours are not in E-Start, but there's clear logins on CORE.
