I met these guys at the NRA (National Restaurant Association) show last year in Chicago. They seemed like good people at the time and so a few months later we decided to sign up with them to get some additional POS integration work done.In our conversations with their sales team, specifically with Alex Rodriguez, they had made some pretty bold promises. Despite our hesitations, Alex assured us that "they had extensive experience in this space for year and years" and could follow through on these promises.Within a week, we were onboarded to a team in India (not local like they say), and the dev team mentioned that they would not be able to help us with what promised by Alex.... they mentioned this on the first day.I said, well - this is not something we want to do then and so they respied "let us double check with our team and get back to you.. " ... and in the meantime, "we can work on looking at your current tech stack integrations"... I said "ok."Weeks passed, no response. Finally at the month mark, we had our 2nd bill from Chetu and an answer that they could not accomplish what we wanted but they had "improved some of our POS integrations" (whatever that means). I was frustrated and asked Alex the sales rep to stop the service immediately, to which he and the team replied that we had an agreement and that I would be stuck paying $5k for another few months for work I was not interested in getting done... I responded that I would not pay for a service that I did not ask for and that this was a breach of our initial agreement.I brought up our initial conversations and promises that were made when we signed to Alex. He ignored and passed me off to the devs and other members on the team....This company is unprofessional. They overpromise and underdeliver. And to this day, they call me and write me emails weekly asking for additional payments.To this day, I'm still waiting on a response from Alex from sales.What a joke. Steer clear of this company.

Hired Chetu a long time ago to start a project, between dealing with PMs and Devs in multiple time zones, an unorganized structure, and slow development, they could not even deliver an MVP product. Sales team promised a delivery in a certain timeframe, and no milestones were ever reached on time. Glad there are options now like Claude Code and Googles Antigravity to eliminate developers like this that are going to oversell, overcharge, and under deliver.

I went to interview for a Delivery Manager role.Had 3 people interview me, one of which was dressed in sports outfit for the interview - I do not regard this as being professional.Second, the role advertised is not the same with the role itself. In the job description, the responsibilities were all related to Project Management, however when the interview started I was completely blindsided.They asked me to basically do the work of Sales, Product Owner, Design, Architecture and we spoke a little of Delivery as well.Only to be told later that because this is a consultancy, it's expected of you to do everything. The job does NOT pay for X5 roles with those responsibilities, but you are expected to do those tasks regardless.My advice - just write down all of these in the job advert, saves people time to decide whether it is suited for them or not.

Their deep experience in both the Web Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimisation/UX space has meant they're very much at the top of their game.When working with them, you're sure to get a very structured breakdown of what's wrong with your site/app, what needs to be done about it, all put down into a roadmap, and they're also great at execution of these improvements.Very few agencies do a great job of consulting AND execution - it's usually one or the other - but the Kraken team certainly do (which is why we continue to work with them!).Couldn't recommend them highly enough - they're a great team.

I interned here during summer and it was a great experience throughout. There were many networking opportunities including soccer game events. The working culture is great here and all the employees here are super friendly and welcoming. The office is brand new with adjustable high tech tables and screens. Would love to work here again someday.
