Their team claimed there was an issue with the Google Play Store submission, but we later found out it had been rejected due to a missing privacy policy and app crashes discovered in testing. Nadcab Labs hadnt followed the standard publishing protocols and never even tested the app against the store's review requirements. Our internal team had to scramble to clean up the mess, delaying our rollout indefinitely. We're sharing this experience not out of bitterness, but to warn other companies who may be considering Nadcab Labs for app development. Do your homework. Ask hard questions. And if the answers feel vague or the team seems too slick during the pitch process, walk away. We wish we had.
