  I had an issue with the protocol for our message retrieval. Spoke with Maria, the account manager in Client Relations, and she handled my concerns in a professional manner, extremely courteous, empathetic, and very kind. She fixed our account and I am so happy to be able to work with the Answering Service Care company again! I used to be an agent with them 10 years ago and still use skills taught from this company in my every day life. They are the best answering service company nationwide! I highly recommend to anyone who needs this service for their businesses. You will not be disappointed!

  It is nice to be able to leave the office everyday at 5pm and not have to worry about your customer's being taken care of. The Answering Service staff are professional and they truly are the best ones we have ever had!

  I have had the worst experience with Answering Service Care. They had problems signing me up with google voice never completing the onboarding but still charging monthly. I called several times to resolve issue and they keep sending bills. I do not like to leave negative reviews but need to warn others about this business. They are not professional. Go anywhere else.
