Very poor experience, i have been follwoing up for more than 08 months for simple accouting work, which BDO's Sr manager(Adelaide Office) was not able to address. Simply delaying work without a reason. I have asked for refund, which they promised and never paid back. Stay away at all cost.

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.

This job is not what it promises to be. They advertise a salary of ₹18,000 to ₹20,000, but in reality, you only get around 5000 to 7000 in hand, and that too after a lot of unnecessary delays. You’re required to work an extra 15 days just to receive the previous month's salary, which makes no sense and feels very exploitative.The Team Leaders (TLs) mostly sit around, give orders, watch movies, and do little to no actual work—although this may not apply to all of them. The lack of proper leadership and support makes the work environment even worse.Honestly, if you’re looking to make a decent income, Rapido delivery or similar gig work is a better option. At least you have control over your time, and if you work consistently you might make more than the peanut you get here with more freedom and less frustration
