As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.

I hired Legal Jini in November 2021 for trademark registration, and I regret it every single day. Their service is a joke. For the past 3 years, I've been chasing them constantly for updates, and all I got were excuses and zero communication. After all this time, I had to find out myself that my trademark application was rejected. Not once did they bother to inform me, even though it’s their responsibility to keep clients updated. This level of negligence and lack of professionalism is beyond unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and stay far away from these people. They’ve wasted years of my life and left me in the dark. If there was an option for Zero star i would have given them.

This is the worst company I've ever came across I joined this company when I was around 18 years old. Very excited as this was my first job. It was a night shift job. They selected me and called me for the training after few days of training they informed me that there will be another round of interview after 14 days of training known as ojt(on job training) and if I pass the OJT only the. would they give me my salary. It was a sale process and once you are done with the OJT and you don't clear OJT they won't give you your salary of those 15-20 days all of those money gets wasted. On top of that it was a night shift job after doing such hardwork you get nothing in return. Please never consider joining this company.
