Was recommended Nexa for an after-hours answering service and things seemed fine until they weren’t. One of my colleagues noticed we hadn’t received a call summary in a while, and we eventually found out they hadn’t taken a single call in over TWO months. When I called to ask why calls weren’t being forwarded, and why we were never notified, I was told they “have too many customers to keep an eye on each one.” Despite this, we were billed every month, even though they didn’t answer one call. I was told a supervisor would follow up. No one ever did. Our IT team confirmed multiple times that it wasn't an issue on our end but that was what Nexa claimed it to be. After sending two additional emails with no response, I finally emailed to cancel. Only then did I hear back, receiving a cancellation form and a generic “sorry to see you go.” Don’t waste your time. This is not a legitimate answering service if customer support is essentially nonexistent.

It was a very productive and swift process. Starting from the interview, to assessments. Everyone was punctual and need not wait for a week or so for updates. They give updates immediately no need for the long wait and suspense. Keep it Up!!
