Really wish I could leave zero stars because that's what this company deserves. Why on the earth should I have to wait one extra day for UPS Surepost when it took over a week to ship my items to begin with. Just trying to cut costs, they don't give a hoot about everyday people like you and me. Their shipping department needs some serious coaching.
If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I received half of an order that was poorly packed. My item was completely destroyed in shipping because they simply lack the ability to properly package an item. Furthermore, this poor excuse of a company then sent all items VIA surepost which costs an average of $4 per shipment. Interesting considering Supreme charges a minimum shipping expense of $10. Because I am in the shipping/fulfillment industry, it is easy to see that lack of leadership is causing this company to suffer. - My resume is available when you're ready to fix your horrifying issues.

NEXA recently changed their platform blocking clients from entering specific times outside of a set schedule. Clients must submit an email of changes, wait for a response, send a reminder email and then find out at 3am that changes were not made correctly. I have now been awake since 3 am (unable to go back to sleep and no opportunity to nap during the day) because NEXA ceased client control of our own schedules and someone failed to do their job properly.when I requested a variation from their blocked times. Prior to this platform change, I would have recommended NEXA. Now, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Spoke with Maria, the account manager in Client Relations, and she handled my concerns in a professional manner, extremely courteous, empathetic, and very kind. She fixed our account and I am so happy to be able to work with the Answering Service Care company again!
