Optimus SBR is a complete scam.They dragged me through a 5-month interview process, made me come in person, promised a job offer—then ghosted me for months. Recruiter was beyond unprofessional, disappearing without updates, then randomly calling to “check if I’m still available.”This company is not serious. They waste your time and feed you lies. I had a disappointing experience with Drashti Mistry from the HR department. She repeatedly asked the same questions without modification, even after I mentioned not understanding her. It felt like she was blaming me for the confusion, as if she didn't understand English herself. Additionally, her communication seemed limited to English, which could be challenging for non-English speakers.I hope the HR team improves their communication skills and professionalism, as this experience left a negative impression of the organization.

In 2017 we had an exceptionally dissatisfying data science consulting experience with the Tredence team in Silicon Valley and India. In summary, lots of over-promises, questionable expertise and practices, requests for more payments (rising from their own mis-judgements of timelines), casually missed deadlines, lack of understanding of basics of data science, NLP, machine learning, statistics and coding. Tredence has worked with us on a couple of predictive modeling projects for over a year without the meaningful deliverables.This is not the first feedback; and I truly hope their management has fixed the issues, raised values/ethics and has taken such complaint as a gift to act upon and clean up the practices.The "excellent" reviews from avatars (with no history) are doubtful and come across as biased and/or unreal. The legitimate reviews from client companies carry the most impact. Hopefully, this review is helpful for others in leveling their expectations.

So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

I worked for Zillion Technologies remotely for almost 3 years as a Technical Recruiter. This is by far the best place I have ever worked. Never in my life have I ever worked ANYWHERE where I was treated like an adult, with respect and dignity, taken seriously for my experience, my efforts, my input, my thoughts and opinions, my suggestions, and my own health and personal life. Once COVID hit, I struggled hard with mental health and being able to keep up with my work, and I fell behind for a long while. But they were more than patient with me and understanding, and offered ways of helping me to not only succeed, but to all around just feel better and mentally be okay.The day the CEO wanted to speak to ME about MY thoughts or suggestions, I felt on top of the world. I felt so seen, heard, listened to, acknowledged, appreciated, RESPECTED. CEO's or higher ups in general are notorious for not taking their lower level employees all too seriously, or remembering they are even human beings at all, and I am more than familiar with this, but Zillion is absolutely nothing like that. Not even once in my time with them.Eventually my mental health and working remotely were not going hand in hand, and I was unable to continue with the company as I was falling behind trying to handle my own crazy life. I only say all this now, a year later after leaving Zillion, because I am sitting at my desk right now at my current place of employment, thinking about how insignificant I feel here, how demeaning my job feels, and how I can't even afford more than rent and food for just one person, and all I can think about is how good I had it with Zillion. I had everything I needed to have the perfect life I always wanted, and it was because of Zillion Technologies. I will never forget this titan of a company who saw me as a human being, and treated me as such.
