The XO team is awesome. Their projects and implementation group is second to none. The support team is great - quick, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of your time. Whenever there's a big problem, they work overtime to fix it, even if it's on the weekend, overnight, or a holiday. Joel, Nik, Greg, Irving, Ross, Saad, Robert, Mahender, and others are all all-stars. Highly recommend them for managed services in Los Angeles or Toronto (where their main offices are) or anywhere else.
