IT Goat has been an amazing partner for my company and office building over the past 4+ years. From the original set up, to moving our headquarters, to day-to-day issues (which have been minimal thanks to them). They are extremely responsive, communicate very well, and have solved everything in a timely manner resulting in zero disruption to my business. We couldn't be more pleased with IT Goat.

Barcom Technology Solutions is my favorite IT company because I don't need to wait 10min. on a phone with them - I always get served in less than 5min. Their Support Team always resolve my issues as I'm not that tech savvy guy and I would recommend their services and trust me they have a wide-range of all kind of IT Services and offer them for a fair price and never rip me off. So I hope I will continue using Barcom for a long, long time in the future and looking forward to our next engagement.

"Steven came through again. It took no time for him to fix the problem so I could get back to work. I also want to say that Sandra, who initially answered my call, was very helpful. :) Thanks again, Norma, Liaison to our deployed Troops."

Feedback on IT Support - MarkThis morning, I was running behind for our scheduled meeting, and I truly appreciated Mark's patience with my tardiness. Once I communicated that I was delayed but my computer was online, he immediately began his tasks without hesitation.During the session, Mark not only resolved my computer issues quickly and effectively, but he also took a moment to share advice-- reminding me to enjoy these times with my kids because they grow up so fast. That thoughtful reminder meant a lot and showed the personal care he brings to his work.Thank you, Mark for your professionalism, patience, and the excellent support you provided today.Renee T - CFGC

He is professional and goes above and beyond, answering any questions I have. I highly recommend Documation for any equipment needs. Our Early Childhood Education Program needed a big sign for our graduation ceremony. Documation delivered the exact product we needed. They gathered the information necessary and got to work right away. Cindy Rodriguez, the Shop Manager ensured to print best image and quality possible, it was delivered ahead of schedule. Everyone loved it. The material was very strong, this banner will last us for many years! Thank you Mrs. Cindy for the great attention to details!
