IT Goat has been an amazing partner for my company and office building over the past 4+ years. From the original set up, to moving our headquarters, to day-to-day issues (which have been minimal thanks to them). They are extremely responsive, communicate very well, and have solved everything in a timely manner resulting in zero disruption to my business. We couldn't be more pleased with IT Goat.

Juan M has been servicing our equipment for quite some time now. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and is customer service oriented. He is professional and goes above and beyond, answering any questions I have. I highly recommend Documation for any equipment needs. In a world of AI it’s people like Juan and the Documation team that make a difference. Thanks again!

Our Early Childhood Education Program needed a big sign for our graduation ceremony. Documation delivered the exact product we needed. They gathered the information necessary and got to work right away. Cindy Rodriguez, the Shop Manager ensured to print best image and quality possible, it was delivered ahead of schedule. Everyone loved it. The material was very strong, this banner will last us for many years! Thank you Mrs. Cindy for the great attention to details!

This has to be one of my worst experiences with customer service. I submit a helpdesk ticket weekly and have never received a timely response, let alone a response within the time span that is promised. I currently have a simple request that has been outstanding since June 12th with John Arriga. Not only is the entire team inept at professional and timely communication but there seems to be a true lack of knowledge around technology. Troubleshooting can take hours and oftentimes doesn't end in resolution so it results in me traveling to a brick and mortar IT support shop where I've found, on 2 separate occasions, my issues solved. I highly encourage anyone in need of tech support to look elsewhere.

RX Technology, has helped our company over the last year to recover from a virus attack. We are now back to a fully functioning company with all the right protection in place. This company has come to our rescue in many scenarios. I have to give this company two thumbs up for anyone looking for excellent support and protection for your company. Special Thanks to RX Technology.

Everyone at RX was very helpful. They performed VOIP installations at two offices over two days. Keith took care of talking with a 3rd party engineer and communicating with Time Warner Cable and AT&T so I could focus on my normal work. I will always call RX for any IT question or problem.

J.T was really awesome. I like that he could help me, help him so that he could get it right to help me. That was awesome! Even after our communication got disconnected, in the space of the 'username' him and I were communicating, writing each other messages and that was super cool to connect with someone like that half way across the world. We were in proper sync! Great job J.T!
