Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend.Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality.If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.

I'm a small business owner that wanted a simple but professional website. After being referred to this company by an employee and friend. I showed Richard Nobles sr. project manager and Nick Holland, what i wanted done with my existing website. Shared examples of other website and compared how i wanted mine set up. I explained to the managers that my budget is $10-15k for a custom website. They agreed to me over the phone, that they can do the project for my price point. Made my initial $5000 payment, they quickly asked me for another $5000. Quickly ate up a total of $10k then asked me for another $10k. which would have been over budget. So i asked them what they completed with that money. Basically what i got was a digram of how the website would function and some power points. So i my eyes i paid $10,000 for their time and some paperwork. Once i told them that i dont have the money for over budget they quickly stopped and became very slow picking up calls and returning emails. After i explained that i wanted a final cost of the completion of the website. Nick could not come up with a final price and told me to pay another $2,500 to come up with up the numbers. Outraged that they took advantage of a small business owner took me a long time to invest that money. This set back from Quest Technology Managment is going to set me back months to be finically able to hire another company to finish this project. Highly not recommend!

We had a great initial project with Ameex before they were purchased by Perficient. Post-support was slow, but acceptable, however as time went on, I stopped getting the level of communication and time itemization I was accustomed to. With Perficient taking over, things devolved pretty quickly, and despite multiple conversations with my account manager - nothing changed, even after bumping up hours to have more dedicated resources. Ultimately, I cancelled the contract this year. Disappointing because their team/work was stellar (and the development team is still solid) before, but the simple asks were continually ignored, and over time, I lost trust that I was getting the hours agreed upon.Towards the end, there was also what felt like a lot of gaslighting of my concerns, and outside of an initial project, I cannot recommend Perficient for ongoing support.Edit: I'm now bumping this to a 1 Star because I've spent the last 3 weeks digging into code and it's one questionable decision after another. Really poor.

They are the BEST!!!! I had a issue logging in to my business computer and they had a tech named Mike come to help. A few minutes after I called, he was at my store and got me logged into my account. We were using Leeshanok Network Solutions for their managed services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One glaring issue was the consistently slow response time. When facing problems, the delay in getting assistance was frustrating and impacted the efficiency of our operations.The repair time for issues was unreasonably long. Critical problems took an unacceptable amount of time to be addressed, causing disruptions to our business processes. This lack of urgency was disappointing and hindered our ability to maintain a seamless workflow.We found the level of professionalism to be lacking Some people were ok, but some weren't. Communication was often unclear, and the overall approach to problem-solving seemed disorganized. It left me questioning the competence and commitment of the team at Leeshanok.I expected a higher standard of service, and unfortunately, this was not met.
