Arnie is a superhuman with superpowers! If I could, I’d give Arkadian Cybersecurity six stars. I lost my SSD with my whole system and all my music files and scores — and he brought it all back. Arnie recovered everything and made my setup look and work exactly like before. On top of that, he got it running with my older Mac, which had been a total headache before. Other places said it couldn’t be done or didn’t even want to try. Arnie’s a real tech wizard — he’ll dig in until he figures it out. Stress … a lot of it i had when my accounts been taken over my bussines had been compromised i was losing emails contracts hacked bank accounts i went tru all of it . Have had nothing but great support from IntegriCom since we started working with them. Most recently I had an issue with the 'new' Microsoft Outlook email. Not sure what happened on my laptop but it made me reset my Microsoft password and set up Outlook again and then I had issues logging in and having 'denied access' messages. Luckily IntegriCom found the issue that was basically a conflict in my system causing the denied access. Just took giving them control/access of my laptop and I was back up and operational in 10 minutes. So appreciative of their support and responsiveness.

I'm a small business owner that wanted a simple but professional website. After being referred to this company by an employee and friend. I showed Richard Nobles sr. project manager and Nick Holland, what i wanted done with my existing website. Shared examples of other website and compared how i wanted mine set up. I explained to the managers that my budget is $10-15k for a custom website. They agreed to me over the phone, that they can do the project for my price point. Made my initial $5000 payment, they quickly asked me for another $5000. Quickly ate up a total of $10k then asked me for another $10k. which would have been over budget. So i asked them what they completed with that money. Basically what i got was a digram of how the website would function and some power points. So i my eyes i paid $10,000 for their time and some paperwork. Once i told them that i dont have the money for over budget they quickly stopped and became very slow picking up calls and returning emails. After i explained that i wanted a final cost of the completion of the website. Nick could not come up with a final price and told me to pay another $2,500 to come up with up the numbers. Outraged that they took advantage of a small business owner took me a long time to invest that money. This set back from Quest Technology Managment is going to set me back months to be finically able to hire another company to finish this project. Highly not recommend!

We were using Leeshanok Network Solutions for their managed services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One glaring issue was the consistently slow response time. When facing problems, the delay in getting assistance was frustrating and impacted the efficiency of our operations. The repair time for issues was unreasonably long. Critical problems took an unacceptable amount of time to be addressed, causing disruptions to our business processes. This lack of urgency was disappointing and hindered our ability to maintain a seamless workflow. We found the level of professionalism to be lacking Some people were ok, but some weren't. Communication was often unclear, and the overall approach to problem-solving seemed disorganized. It left me questioning the competence and commitment of the team at Leeshanok. I expected a higher standard of service, and unfortunately, this was not met.
