Terrible platform and lacks intuitiveness. Mortgage broke used it and requested documents through it. Was limited to one send per day. Useless if submitting multiple documents

We used their services for years at our business, then when we ended up not needing it anymore they could not cancel our renewal. Too close to renewal date was the excuse. Then they could not adjust our quote to a lower seat count either when we were already not happy about it. I guess they really needed to get a few thousand dollars out of a good customer. Better believe we are going to tell all of our customers they should stay away. Services were not even that great and you could definitely get a better and cheaper option elsewhere.
