After meeting with Pilot Fish, we knew they were the team we’d been looking for!We have a dedicated account team, which makes queries and edits much smoother than getting a different person each time we call/email. They are regularly in contact with us regarding content planning, always ensuring that we are happy with the tone of voice, imagery, message, etc., and the team are very flexible to the needs of our business (i.e. getting event pictures to be posted next day). They have been clear and concise with everything, keeping us in the loop with what they are doing and why. In one instance, even taking the time to talk us through Facebook Business Manager when we were struggling to understand what we were looking at. The best part about the partnership is that it is a collaboration, and we still have a lot of creative involvement, which was important to us.We are very excited to continue working with Pilot Fish during 2020 and delving into more intensive advertising and would recommend for businesses looking to move into the world of Social Media Marketing.
