I have the tech savvy of a timer traveler from the Roman Empire, so when I determined that I needed a professional website, there was little chance that I'd be able to figure out how to create one using one of the many DIY web-design templates out there.Moreover, the only things I have LESS of than tech savvy are 1) design savvy and 2) a ton of money to throw at the project.So it seems almost a gift from the stars that I happened upon Sujatha, Valerie and PureLynx. The team is delightfully friendly, personable and skilled in sitting down with someone like me, holding my hand through the design and implementation process and not only translating my "vision" into reality, but improving upon that vision in the process.And it goes without saying that they're way on-top of the tech and security stuff that baffles me--which makes me feel safe, confident and like my site and I are in sturdy hands.And speaking of that site, I'm so over-the-moon with it that I'm not only sending it to every potential client I can think of; I'm sharing it with, heck, old piano teachers, ex-boyfriends and the like. It's my new pride and joy. :)And it wouldn't have happened without PureLynx. To the extent that a "friendly neighborhood web-development firm" exists, PureLynx is the very model of it. I'm so glad to have them around!

Our needs for a website are relatively simple, as we’re a business-to-business startup: we need portals for announcements, a growing line of products, and our capabilities. Purelynx created our site using WordPress.When we updated our logo late last year, we hired a graphics designer to develop the logo from the initial concept and then implement it on the website. As he was also a web developer, we switched site management from Purelynx to him. Unfortunately, the branding update stretched from weeks to months and, once implemented, had frequent major problems, from the site going down to images disappearing.In a panic, we switched back to Purelynx. Sujatha jumped in to quickly solve the issues, multiple times, until the site was rid of the nefarious bugs that had plagued us.Kudos to Sujatha for the quick response to restore the site. We’ll continue to use Purelynx to maintain it and for future evolution.

Terrible experience — no cashback and poor customer supportI placed two Lightbox Jewelry orders through Rakuten yesterday morning, expecting 3.5% cashback as advertised. However, Rakuten failed to track both purchases.When I attempted to manually add the orders later in the day, I found that Lightbox Jewelry had been completely removed from Rakuten’s site — no store page, no link, nothing. I contacted customer support multiple times, but the responses were vague, unhelpful, and ultimately useless.This experience reflects poorly on Rakuten’s reliability and integrity. Removing a store without warning right after a promotion, then refusing to honor cashback, is unacceptable. Very disappointed.

SHADY business practices. Rakuten slid a pop up into my account that stated "don't forget, you still have $ to spend at Victoria secret" as if i had a refund credit. Beware... what they don't tell you, is this money is deducted from your cash back, which I'm sure is just a tactic to enhance their vendor contracts....very disappointing
