My company recently contracted with Kitely Tech to build a new website enabling us to communicate our services to clients and potential clients. We had a very positive experience with Kitely and are very satisfied with their customer service as well as the product they delivered. I would definitely recommend them!

My personal experience with kitely tech, has been unproductive to say the least. Yes, Jason is very responsive and answers every question and returns calls prominently. He portrays kitely tech as a large firm with offices in several states but as we found out that is not the case. When our team asked to meet with the entire marketing team and developers they were not available. I advise meeting with entire development team at clark office what is just a share office space with a small mail box with company name on it. I describe doing business with kitely tech similar to being "cat fished" online . The unethical business practices by Jason caused timely delays with projects promised by a certain deadline. I lost of thousands of dollars and misrepresenting a large marketing firm based in the U.S. when in fact all the work is outsource to india.

Overall the experience with Kitely was very good. The web developers overall did wonderful work. Though sometimes things may not be done as fast as both they and the client may want, the work they do is gold. I have had other poor experiences with other web development companies and Kitely was certainly the best. When errors were made on Kitely's end or if I did not communicate all my ideas correctly, they were on top of it to fix the mistakes and if something on my website broke unexpectedly, they were on top of fixing it. If you have an idea, they are likely able to create code for it. They did a great job bringing some innovative things to life, but more in depth ideas may take a little more time to finish than anticipated. I would recommend Kitely to people looking to build a site from scratch.

Frequently Asked Questions About Digital Marketing Agencies in Miami

What services does a digital marketing agency in Miami offer?

It provides a full spectrum of services to help brands grow online and drive measurable results:

  • Strategy and planning: Marketing strategy and consulting, brand strategy and identity development, and competitor research and audience analysis.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Improving rankings and organic traffic by performing keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO.
  • Media buying and paid social strategy: Buying ad space where ads will run to reach targeted audiences efficiently, and using paid ads on social networks to reach and convert targeted audiences based on a defined campaign plan.
  • PPC / Paid Ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn): Running targeted ads on Google, Facebook, and other platforms to drive leads quickly.
  • Content marketing: Creating blogs, whitepapers, and guides to inspire action and drive engagement.
  • Social media content and management: Creating and managing content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to generate demand from target audiences.
  • Web design and web development: Developing responsive, branded websites.
  • Email marketing campaigns and automation: Sending targeted email campaigns that nurture leads, support sales follow-up, and drive conversions.

How important is hyper-local SEO for businesses in South Florida?

It is essential because local intent converts fast. Google reports “near me” mobile searches have grown 3× in the past two years, and 3 in 4 people who do a local search on their smartphone visit a related business within 24 hours.

That’s why hyper-local optimization, including service-area pages, Google Business Profile, reviews, and location content, is often the highest-ROI foundation for many Miami categories, including restaurants, clinics, home services, boutiques, and multi-location brands.

If you’re competing in neighborhood-to-neighborhood, such as Brickell vs. Downtown vs. Wynwood, local SERP visibility is the difference between being discovered or staying invisible.

Do I need a Miami digital marketing agency that offers bilingual marketing?

If your clients include Spanish- (or Haitian Creole-) speaking audiences, your Miami business will need bilingual marketing. According to the latest U.S. Census Bureau data, Miami-Dade is 70.3% Hispanic or Latino, and 75.3% speak a language other than English at home.

A bilingual strategy usually improves:

  • On-site conversion
  • Paid efficiency
  • Local search engagement
  • Social performance

What are the typical pricing models for Miami digital marketing agencies?

They typically adopt the hourly rate, monthly retainer, or project-based model.

Pricing model Cost
Hourly rate $100-$300
Monthly retainer $1,000-$10,000
Project-based$5,000- $50,000

The costs of digital marketing companies in Miami can vary based on services offered, agency experience, and industry specialization.

How do I verify an agency's local track record?

Use proof you can independently confirm:

  1. Ask for Miami/South Florida references and speak to clients directly
  2. Request anonymized performance snapshots (before/after KPIs) tied to tracking sources, such as GA4 or ad platforms.
  3. Verify their local footprint, including real office address, local staff, local partnerships, and local case studies.
  4. Sample digital marketing strategies, creative examples, reporting cadence, and documented testing.
  5. Review velocity/recency and how they respond to get insight into their reputation management.
