Was recommended Nexa for an after-hours answering service and things seemed fine until they weren’t. One of my colleagues noticed we hadn’t received a call summary in a while, and we eventually found out they hadn’t taken a single call in over TWO months. When I called to ask why calls weren’t being forwarded, and why we were never notified, I was told they “have too many customers to keep an eye on each one.” Despite this, we were billed every month, even though they didn’t answer one call. I was told a supervisor would follow up. No one ever did. Our IT team confirmed multiple times that it wasn't an issue on our end but that was what Nexa claimed it to be. After sending two additional emails with no response, I finally emailed to cancel. Only then did I hear back, receiving a cancellation form and a generic “sorry to see you go.” Don’t waste your time. This is not a legitimate answering service if customer support is essentially nonexistent.

Kodeak built my website and helped create the content several years ago and were great to work with! Excellent communication, vision, pace, and patience with my millions of questions as it’s not my arena and not the easiest to understand. I also didn’t exactly know how I wanted my site to look and they were very helpful with offering many ideas. They have been very accessible since completion (just this week I had an issue) with assisting and troubleshooting and that is ridiculously appreciated that even though the project was complete they have still been willing to help. If you’re looking for web designers or anything within the space they are your team!

I strongly feel that the company was very rude and unprofessional in dealing with me, even using, what could be reasonably perceived as, "coded language," that hinted as not-so-subtle racism. I "didn't fit their culture," but the blonde, recent college graduates with no work experience do. And apparently Glassdoor reviews have said something similar about being the right race, gender and graduate of local university to get ahead.
