They bring in workers from India, they stay here, learn from the best—AMERICAN companies, AMERICAN workers—then what happens? After a few years, they head back to India, taking those skills, taking those jobs, and leaving our people behind. It’s unbelievable.This is exactly what’s wrong with these globalist companies like IBM. They use America as a training ground and then ship everything overseas. It’s a bad deal for American workers. We’re losing jobs, we’re losing knowledge, and we’re losing opportunities. It’s got to stop.Under America First, companies would be rewarded for investing in our workers, not for outsourcing and offshoring. We need to put AMERICANS first, keep those jobs here, and stop giving away our talent to places like India. Great country, India—but they’re getting the better end of the deal every time, folks. Not anymore! We’re going to make sure our workers are respected, our companies are loyal, and America stays number one where it belongs! IBM, wake up! Do what’s right for this country!

Do not recommend using this company at all. Their references seemed trustworthy, but the 20 month process with them has been abysmal at best.After engaging with Clavax to build a custom greenfield IOS app, we waited over 16 months AFTER our original due date for our "product" to be virtually unusable. Difficult to communicate with, over promise and under deliver on every aspect of project.We have had to spend more money with different companies to repair the broken code that they have put together and it continues to be a thorn in our side.They will bring excuse after excuse for why something does not work, their CEO will blame YOU, THE CLIENT, for the obstacles in project.We have tried to get a refund for breach of contract, inoperable product, corrupt files in repository, late deliveries, however, they refuse to acknowledge any of these issues.

Being provided with the opportunity to work in the Alitek family the past 2 years has been more than a blessing for me. While it may fall short of being lifesaving, it has certainly been career extending/career saving. Early in my career, I worked at the best large company in the world, USAA. After leaving there, I've had some good experiences but more often some not so good experiences. Those ones that weren't that great had a variety of reasons for being such. Situational. The company I worked for. Me. And others. But in most of those cases, I did not have much say in what I did and the ideas I brought to the table were rarely heard/acted on. Alitek changed all that and more. Alitek attempts to hire folks that have a balance across many areas...technical, business, communication, leadership, personality, etc. But most of all they seek out people with values. For me, if you don't have solid core values and a strong work ethic then you will have a limited run in our field. Yep. That's old school thinking. But even with all the new technology, gadgets, and botted processes, if you lose some of those key traits that made this country and our industry what it is the end result will not be as good as it could be. I know that every day that I work at Alitek, I can feel good because our #1 goal is to serve our clients' needs, and we achieve that by knowing our stuff, knowing how to use this experience & knowledge to provide solutions catered to a specific clients, communicate these solutions effectively, and know that we have egoless teammates back at the ranch happily willing to help out if we get stuck on something!!! The work is very hard, but the reward comes from client satisfaction and team-oriented results. So, if you like to work hard with outstanding folks with values to achieve high quality results for clients, then you have found a real Alexandrite in Alitek!!!

After Linkedin conversation and sending a resume, recruiter wants to schedule an interview, but never responds back. She deactivated her profile and I suspect their purpose is to scam you. Their operator don't pick up the call and the number from which their representative call is only receivable but not callable. If you call back to same number it will throw an exception that the number is unreachable. CEO needs to take adequate steps and resolve internal issues. I failed to to understand how your team is functioning. Your organization is your responsibility.

Very Unprofessional. Their Recruiters always have Emergency. Not even willing to communicate over the phone and keep disconnecting. After 1 year same recruiter reach out for same position and drops the call after two minutes. DO NOT WORK HERE. I worked for this company as a contractor for over 2 years. When it was time for me to part ways, they withheld my last pay until I sent back equipment. According to my states labor laws, this is completely illegal. My manager “Teresa” and all others that works with innova has completely ignored that this is illegal and I will be taking further legal action. Do not work for this company. They do not appreciate their employees and they steal their hard earned earnings. I may get evicted because of this. Smh.

Very unfortunate experience through Innova solutions. The leadership I met were callous and not very kind. The only individual I came across with this company that I would say did an amazing job was the recruiter I worked with. Amazing person, every other aspect of this company is terrible for the employee experience. I am now being contacted by Innova because the apparently overpaid me on my final paycheck by $40 and did not make it easy for me to return the $40 to them even though it was their error. Please avoid working for this company if you can.

I've worked with Innova Solutions for a job opportunity recently, as I've had them represent me for a job opportunity. I found a company who's values aligned better with mine who wanted to represent me for the same company. I've asked the recruiter to remove my submission. I was notified an hour later that a request was made to the team to withdraw my submission on late morning my time, afternoon on Innova's time.Near mid-afternoon, my time, and after 5pm EST, I found out that I was still submitted under Innova. Not only I wasn't withdrawn by end of day, but I wasn't withdrawn until 48 hours after I was told that a request was submitted to remove me. Even after many phone calls and emails to get them to do one simple task that would have taken them 30 seconds to do, a task that they were legally obligated to do so, they still refused to do it until 48 hours later. Why did they refuse to withdraw me on the same day or the following day I'll never know.This sort of refusal from their end to do a simple thing is what earned them 1 star. I would've given them 0 stars if I could. I'm never working for Innova Solutions again.

I did have a couple issues with the presentation in that after the presenter reconnected his screen was not really visible (only the lower left part of the screen was visible) - it looked as if a virtual machine was being used and the screen was not rendering correctly through the zoom session (I am running on a MacBook Pro). also didn't see in the chat window the comments that the presenter seemed to see. I will try again for session 2 to see if it is usable.Day 2Excellent discussion - very useful.Day 3This was an excellent overall session. Excellent info and well prepared and presented. This inspired me to rebuild my virtual Windows environment (currently running on a Mac) in order to try out some of these techniques. I would highly recommend these sessions and look forward to reviewing the recordings to reinforce the information.Thank you for making this available to us.

They hired me to work there and then 2 weeks later said they couldn’t afford me.I’ve experienced the exact same thing as the awful reviews below.No structure to the business, fake spam emails internally, lack of communication etc.Horrible culture. The second day I was sent to a conference, no background of a plan, but basically show up.I did not fill out any paperwork on my first day for any of my benefits which was VERY sketchy and every time I asked, the CEO would change the subject and would never answer my question. At one point, I knew it was a scam when the employee I was working with said, “you aren’t even in the system or on the benefits yet!!!!”Red flags- They put me on payroll AFTER they let me go….Highly DO NOT recommend. They finally actually paid me 2 weeks later for my expenses, pay, and travel. I still have not received information from the company and have reached out to their team for weeks…..
