DO NOT WORK HERE. I worked for this company as a contractor for over 2 years. When it was time for me to part ways, they withheld my last pay until I sent back equipment. According to my states labor laws, this is completely illegal. My manager “Teresa” and all others that works with innova has completely ignored that this is illegal and I will be taking further legal action. Do not work for this company. They do not appreciate their employees and they steal their hard earned earnings. I may get evicted because of this. Smh. "

Very unfortunate experience through Innova solutions. The leadership I met were callous and not very kind. The only individual I came across with this company that I would say did an amazing job was the recruiter I worked with. Amazing person, every other aspect of this company is terrible for the employee experience. I am now being contacted by Innova because the apparently overpaid me on my final paycheck by $40 and did not make it easy for me to return the $40 to them even though it was their error. Please avoid working for this company if you can. "

I've worked with Innova Solutions for a job opportunity recently, as I've had them represent me for a job opportunity. I found a company who's values aligned better with mine who wanted to represent me for the same company. I've asked the recruiter to remove my submission. I was notified an hour later that a request was made to the team to withdraw my submission on late morning my time, afternoon on Innova's time.Near mid-afternoon, my time, and after 5pm EST, I found out that I was still submitted under Innova. Not only I wasn't withdrawn by end of day, but I wasn't withdrawn until 48 hours after I was told that a request was submitted to remove me. Even after many phone calls and emails to get them to do one simple task that would have taken them 30 seconds to do, a task that they were legally obligated to do so, they still refused to do it until 48 hours later. Why did they refuse to withdraw me on the same day or the following day I'll never know.This sort of refusal from their end to do a simple thing is what earned them 1 star. I would've given them 0 stars if I could. I'm never working for Innova Solutions again. "
