I had a great experience working with DesignLoud over the past three months! Vanessa and Colleen were absolutely phenomenal to work with. They handled all of our social media content and were always creative, responsive, professional, and just genuinely nice people. We had a lot of fun working together, and I really appreciated the energy and effort they put into promoting our business. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and I’m very glad we had the opportunity to work with them. I look forward working with them again for my Entertainment Business!!Thank you Vanessa, Colleen, and the DesignLoud team for everything you did for us! I would absolutely recommend them to any business looking for help with their social media and online presence.

Let me start by saying, I can clearly see that they are a reputable company based on their other reviews, however this is just my personal experience.I hired them to build our property management company a website. Without diving into every little detail, it just seems as though once the owner gets you under contract, the service goes down and then once they have you "off their plate" there doesn't seem to be much loyalty. Just profit over anything. Had a handful of small changes I was hoping to make to our website shortly after it was completed. These were simple changes. All I got back was a several thousand dollar quote. I understand business and that a company has to make money but there is a fine line on when you just do it and when you charge. On our business, if we can go a little above and beyond for our customer, we will do it to keep the relationship strong. This did not seem to be the case with DesignLoud. We had several projects that me and my partners were hoping to use them on in the future so this was disappointing. Again, just my experience and how I was left feeling by the end of it.

Derek's class on Email Marketing Excellence for the Small Business Center (CFCC) was awesome. It was one of the most informative web sessions I've attended recently. He's clearly knowledgeable and shared practical techniques that I will start using today to benefit the WRF organization. I will be looking for Derek's sessions in the future.

Working with Mihai and Soda Web Media was a great experience! I'm a small business owner with no IT department and needed help with my Shopify websites. He made it easy for me to fix the invoicing issue I was having and gave suggestions to improve on the overall look and design of my current template. He was on time and efficient. I will keep Mihai on speed dial and I know that my websites will be better for it. I highly recommend Soda Web Media!

Soda Web Media was instrumental to the relaunch of nonprofit website and it was an absolute pleasure working with Mihai. He has an excellent command over the Wordpress ecosystem and helped us redesign a clunky and complicated architecture to a site that is user-friendly, accessible, and elegant. In addition to his knowledge of Wordpress and skills as a web developer, Mihai was *very* patient with our timeline which changed MANY times, available to help constantly, an excellent teacher, and generally delightful to contract with.In short, they delivered top-notch work and an excellent working experience. I would (and will!) recommend Soda Web Media and Mihai to anyone!

If you can define your objective, Michael has a way of converting those thoughts to images in order to tell an effective story. Use this company at your peril. Taken over a year to produce our website, seem to know very little about ecommerce or SEO. Our online sales have dropped by 90%, still fighting to get a working product.

It's hard for me to find words to describe how import Chris Hood has been to the look and feel of our website. He has helped our small office team far exceed their skill sets for setting an email and blog program in motion. Even though he is an independent contractor, he contributes as much to ourforward progress as any full time employee.

I can't say enough good things about The Conversion Mill team! From the moment we started working together they performed a detailed review of our marketing capabilities and fixed all our deficiencies. Then they were off and running with a complete marketing plan. Stacey and Othy are detail-oriented and knowledgeable about social media and maximizing our website usage. Chris is incredibly responsive to all our needs and is a great source of guidance and knowledge whenever needed. Most importantly, we are already seeing results from their marketing efforts to date.
