I hate leaving negative reviews and am more than happy to remove this one if Chris (owner) will get back to me!Chris seems super knowledgable when it comes to SEO and marketing work for local businesses and his prices are reasonable! After a bunch of research on different SEO options, I moved forward with The Conversion Mill and was super excited.Unfortunately, after signing up, Chris's communication dropped off. After not getting back to me for weeks (maybe over a month), he finally responded saying that he had a lot going on with family. I was back to being optimistic! But then he stopped responding again.At this point, I paid him for an initial audit of my existing ads but never actually got my report.I'm assuming Chris is great but did not have time to handle my account. I emailed him saying that I've decided to move in a different direction and asking him to send me the report I had already paid for. He did not respond.Chris, can you please either refund my money or send me the audit for my facebook ads? "
