HydraPak engaged Igawa to re-brand the company at a pivotal moment in our growth. With a surge of growth, we had a chance to re-brand the 15 year-old company and reintroduce it to the marketplace. Sven delivered an entirely new brand book that we used to reposition ourselves in the marketplace. As a young company, we used this as a blue print for our future projects and marketing relationships. The work was spot-on, nailing who we were and capturing it in a way that was compelling to others. We were so happy with the work, we also used Sven to re-brand our Bottle Bright and Polar Bottle acquisitions. I did not think that someone else could tell me something about my brand that I didn't already know, but Sven proved me wrong. I highly recommend Igawa.

The new site is great. We do not get a ton of traffic, so I have not been able to gauge much external feedback. However, I have been happy with the new look of the site. I am confident that our customers will appreciate the user-friendliness as well. They communicated well, constantly keeping me abreast of their progress. They also incorporated my feedback into the process. Their team delivered the final product in a timely manner. They completed everything in an expedited manner for a fair price. Austin was easy to get in touch with. Making changes along the way was never an issue. I cant think of anything. The engagement was pretty seamless. Communicate with them. If you tell them exactly what you are looking for, they will make it happen.

Tusk creative studio communication skills were great. Regardless of who we spoke to, they had all the information they needed. I did not once need to update or remind them about something they had discussed with another member of our team. We could always continue where we left off. I don't think they are the only company that could have given us this solution, but they were efficient in how they understood the stresses of our business and what needed to be done. They didn't wait for us to give them more information. I cannot think of any way Tusk creative studio could improve. They were good. I think they did an amazing job in providing what we needed.
