It has been an absolute pleasure to work with CH Web Agency. When we set out to redesign and revamp our website, we issued an RFP that ended up being nationally competitive. While most firms led with their own qualifications and work samples, CH Web's proposal stood out as the only one we received that also went point-by-point through our RFP to thoughtfully address the issues we identified and goals that we had for the redesign and development of our new site. Once their proposal was accepted, Oxana and Joe met with members of our leadership team in person and via Zoom to gain a stronger understanding of our organization, our programs, and our goals for serving our stakeholders through the improved site. When we first met Bake, we were quite wary. We thought that, after all, for 15 years we'd been doing it ourselves and had always found the ideas and skills to communicate with our clients and associates internally. Then, almost against our will, they created a new logo and a coordinated graphic design for all our publications, presentations, images, reels, and anything else we could think of. It took us no more than ten minutes to decide to adopt the new logo, despite our affection for the old one. Furthermore, without ever lecturing us, they began to explain and make us understand the effectiveness of intelligent communication through media and the web and how easy it is to throw money away without achieving results. They expertly follow us on social media and constantly monitor our results. They're always ready to create new graphics or develop new ideas. I must confess that sometimes I'm a little afraid to share even a half-baked idea, because the next day Daniele or Massimiliano send me proposals for how to implement it. To close with a metaphor, I must admit that communicating with Bake Agency's expertise today allows us to effectively reach and communicate with our potential clients, making the most of the available media. By comparison, our previous work was a bit like leaning out the window and shouting into a megaphone. A heartfelt thank you also for your patience in explaining and sometimes re-explaining what we don't understand.
