Our experience with Veronika Grady, an employee of this company, has been extremely disappointing.We approached her for expectingprofessionalism and a quality outcome.In reality, we faced a complete lack of organization: deadlines were missed, the work delivered was careless, and communication was consistently difficult. We had to repeatedly remind her of our agreements, yet promises remained unfulfilled.We invested significant time and resources, but the results fell far below the level that was initially promised. This created unnecessary stress, wasted our budget, and disrupted our plans.We asked for at least a partial refund on monies paid as the setup provided was completely useless.
