I’ve worked with Kevin and Chris across two separate projects and have had a consistently positive experience both times. They are professional, responsive, extremely competent, and very easy to work with. What I appreciate most is how much effort they put into making sure I feel heard and understood throughout the process. They take the time to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and make sure everyone is aligned before moving forward. That level of communication and partnership is rare. They are also highly capable from a technical standpoint and consistently go above and beyond to help solve problems and keep momentum moving. Even when projects become complex or requirements evolve, they remain calm, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.I would absolutely recommend Kevin, Chris, and the Wavect team to anyone looking for a strong development and product partner.

They shipped what would normally take a bigger team a lot longer. Report overhaul, security hardening, infrastructure tightening - they owned it end to end. They kept production stable through pilot prep and investor demos. They communicated clearly and never made us chase a status update. Awesome team!

The pasta was excellent, but the coffee left much to be desired! The dancers gave it their all and delighted me with their flexible bodies!

Have had great experiences with this CPA firm! They are highly experienced in international tax matters, including preparing FBARs. They always make me feel confident in their expertise. They are responsive and return my phone calls promptly, which is really appreciated. Their fees are fair, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Started my 2019 tax return while working on my 2018 return.I never requested him to start the 2019 return.I was never informed of his $200 hr feeI never received an invoice for the 2019 (work) only a court order for small claims.I learned about his $200 hr fee in small claims. To my surprise he won the small claims case.To my knowledge he has sued and won against previous clients, he sent me a text stating "10 judges have let this work payout to me"I regret walking into his office and hope others have a better experience.**Response to your responsePeter Rudolph / CPA South FloridaContrary to your opinion, I believe my experience is perfectly valid regardless of the judge giving you credit for 2 hrs of work. The facts are that I never knew about your$200 an hr fee. I never asked you to start my 2019 corporate return and I never received a bill for this work your claiming to have done.I probably should have hired professional representation considering you have more experience in small claims court.*Searched Broward county courtsCPA South Florida, A CPA PA, Peter RudolphShow's close to 30 cases in small claims as a Plaintiff and several other cases involving him as a defendant.

This is the second time in my career path I have chosen to go with MacDonald Search Group and I can easily tell you, these folks are not your typical recruiter. They take you very seriously. Their commitment to you, communication, follow up and advice is above board! Specifically James Palmer and Trevor Baker were such a pleasure to work with as well as represent me to opportunities I was interested in. No fluff and false promises just people that actually care. You guys rock!I have worked with other recruiters in the past and non have stuck out and been as loyal, open and honest as this firm has. I can't recommend them enough to those of you looking for the best recruitment agency out there. Look no further! Even if they don't have an opportunity for you right at the moment, they will still represent you and be creative to something they may not have in their immediate portfolio. When you experience the best, you want to tell everyone you know. Keep on doing what you guys do. Many Thanks.
